JYOTHSNA LI-TECH PVT LTD (JTL), has been incorporated on December 2018 at Bangalore, with an objective of setting up facilities for manufacture of Lithium-Ion (LI) batteries. The company aims to produce and supply LI cells to the units engaged in the manufacture of battery casings across India under Phase I of the project. Under the phase II of the project, JTL is expected to set up integrated facilities for the LI-ion batteries. The scope of this EC is limited to the Phase I only. The technology for the manufacturing process is proposed to be sourced from China from a reputed Chinese Enterprise, based out of Dongguan City, Guang Dong, PRC.
